The kitesurf spot Kamperland Roompot is beginner-friendly. There are rarely waves at this spot. However, there are a few things to watch out for. There are regularly sharp oysters so wearing shoes is recommended. The spot is also not large, especially at low tide. The nearest kitesurf spot that is also suitable for beginners is Vrouwenpolder.

On the N59, take the Kamperland exit and then turn towards De Roompot. Take the exit to the Langeroomweg towards De Roompot. This is a dead-end road, follow it to the end. Here you will find a car park where you can park.
TIP There are several cottages on the beach. Be very careful with high tides and northerly winds. Take-off and landing is then very dangerous.
TIP Wear shoes! There are oysters on the beach and in the water at these spots so protect yourself from them.

Lessons are taught by other schools at Kamperland Roompot beach. Since our beach at Vrouwenpolder has about the same orientation and has no oysters, we prefer to stay at our own spot. Come and have a look at us at Vrouwenpolder beach.
